Reshape the Tech Industry: Apply for the OneTen/Blacks In Technology Scholarship Program

It’s no secret that the tech industry offers some of the fastest-growing and most in-demand opportunities today. But, while Black people make up over 13% of the population in the US, most of the major tech companies have very few Black workers.

In fact, over half of tech companies have 5% or less Black people on staff, demonstrating how people of color and those without four-year degrees have historically been excluded from these lucrative opportunities.

OneTen, the Blacks In Technology Foundation, and Udacity have partnered up to create change. This program aims to give Black learners without four-year degrees family-sustaining and generational wealth-building opportunities while disrupting the status quo.
