We will look at the basics of the cloud, deployment models, and service types, as well as how to go beyond traditional TCO and ROI to evaluate better and align your migration strategies.

Organizational Capability Building

People, processes, and cultural changes are needed to operate well in the cloud. See the power of virtual team structures like the CCoE and redefined mindsets such as DevSecOps and FinOps.

How to establish governance at enterprise scale with regards to cost management, security, and compliance using hierarchies, guardrails, and policies.
