This lesson covers the first of five key stages in the digital project management lifecycle - Initiation. It involves setting a project scope and identifying key participants in the digital project.

Lesson 5

Building Realistic Plans

This lesson covers the second of five key stages in the digital project management lifecycle - Planning. It involves analyzing if a project is worth investing in and then creating a project plan.

Getting Things Done
