    • Understand the basic concepts of AIoT technologies
    • Define what AIoT is and the key elements of the AIoT Framework
    • Explain why the AIoT Framework is relevant
  2. Business Strategy
    • Apply the key elements of the AIoT Playbook to evaluate several types of AIoT use cases: the Digital OEM Model, the Digital Equipment Operator Model, the Platform Model and the Hybrid Model
    • Apply an appropriate business strategy based on use case and business requirements
    • Determine the scalability of a business model for a given use case based on identifying where it lies on the AIoT short tail and long tail continuum
  3. Business Execution
    • Plan and validate how to create, deliver, and capture value from an AIoT product/solution using Ignite AIoT business model
