Payments are due when your billing cycle restarts. If you purchased a regular month-to-month subscription, your first payment will be charged on the day of purchase. The next payments will be due monthly from the day you first enrolled.

• You can cancel and unenroll within the first 7 days from your first month’s subscription purchase date in order to be eligible for a full refund. Unless you have graduated from the Nanodegree program, single paid course, or Executive Program within this timeframe. Only one refund may be granted per student per Nanodegree program, single paid course, or Executive Program.
• Citizens and residents of the European Union (EU) are entitled to a full refund when cancellation is requested on or before the first fourteen (14) days following when the subscription begins i.e, 14 days from the date of enrollment. Unless you have graduated from the Nanodegree program, single paid course, or Executive Program within this timeframe.

A Udacity Nanodegree® Program is a unique online educational offering designed to bridge the gap between learning and career goals. We partner with industry leaders and experts who understand what skills are in demand in the applicable job market. Students enroll in a specific course offering (e.g. Intro to Programming) and will be prompted to view the online course as well as complete a series of projects and support courses designed to help them develop job-relevant skills and build a portfolio to show prospective employers. Services related to the Nanodegree program may include classroom mentorship, moderated forums, and project reviews to ensure a personalized experience.

Udacity courses are highly interactive with activities such as quizzes and exercises interspersed between short videos and interviews with instructors and industry experts. Some Udacity courses also include project(s) that you can add to your portfolio. Whether it is a blog, search engine, game or app, Udacity will help you build something that publicly demonstrates your skills.

We do not provide invoices prior to a paid enrollment. If you need a payment receipt for reimbursement from your employer, you can download it directly from your Udacity account after enrollment.
