Make digital transformation a reality with the right talent.

GCC governments have doubled down on their digital transformation strategies as a core component of their respective Vision 2030 plans. By 2025, Oliver Wyman estimates that more than 40% of all ICT investments in the GCC region will go towards the execution of digital transformation efforts.

The challenge, however, is having the right people with the right skills to make digital transformation a reality. Finding the right talent is a hurdle that all institutions in the Middle East face to achieve effective digital transformation.

During this panel discussion, we will be bringing together representatives from companies, startups, governments & foundations to give their perspectives on:
  • How we can build and recruit talent to fill the digital jobs of the future.
  • The severity of the digital skills gap facing the Middle East region.
  • How to future-proof talent in the region.
