TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the 7-Day Free Trial Promotional Offer (“Promotion”), you agree to the promotional offer’s terms and conditions:

• Beginning July 15, 2024 at 12:00am UTC until promotion end date, to be determined (“Promotion Period”), holders of a Udacity account (“Users”) may be offered a 7-day free trial (“Trial”).
• Trial limited to one per User and account, if applicable.
• Trial may be used only on Udacity all-access monthly plans and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Trial may be accepted through Udacity’s website. Trial has no monetary value. User payment information will be required to accept Trial, and a $10 pre-authorization hold will be placed on the User’s payment instrument.
• Trial will provide 7 free days of a Udacity all-access plan, after which User will be charged on a monthly basis for a Udacity all-access plan, unless canceled. The standard refund window per Udacity’s Terms of Use will apply to the charge for the first month of a Udacity all-access plan.
• Udacity reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time.
• Offer valid only in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, and United Kingdom.
• Promotion is void in India, and void where prohibited.
• Promotion is non-transferable and may not be resold.
• If you violate any of these terms and conditions, the Promotion will be invalid.
• Except as modified by the Promotion’s terms and conditions herein, Udacity’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern and control your use of our services.
