Digital Marketing Nanodegree and Digital Marketing Self-Study Programs Terms
If you accessed and paid for services for either the Digital Marketing Nanodegree Program ("DMND") or the Digital Marketing Self-Study Program ("DMSS"), your enrollment is bound by the following additional terms and conditions which modify, amend and supplement Udacity's terms and conditions. Capitalized terms found herein shall also be as defined in the Udacity terms and conditions.
Further, "pause" functionality in your Udacity Account will not be available and your access to the DMND or DMSS content will end after the expiration of your enrollment term (see the different enrollment terms for each of the Programs below). In addition, the Udacity Fifty Percent Money–Back Guarantee and Nanodegree Plus programs are also unavailable for the DMND and DMSS Programs. Certain other promotions may also be excluded in the future from application to these programs, and your enrollment in either of the programs shall be solely for access for the period noted in the purchase documentation and may not be credited for any other Udacity program. Udacity reserves the right to modify or update these terms with respect to activation and enrollment limitations for the DMND and DMSS Programs at any time and/or discontinue the program.
Digital Marketing Nanodegree Program
Unlike other Udacity Nanodegree Programs, the DMND Program does not maintain monthly fee pricing, but is instead structured as flat fee for enrollment with up to six (6) months to complete the DMND Program. Enrollees in the DMND Program have seven (7) days from enrollment in an individual segment to disenroll and request a full refund. Fees paid for the DMND Program are thereafter non-refundable for that segment. You must send an email to email@example.com for request of a refund.
The Digital Marketing Nanodegree Program offers students access to the Digital Marketing course content, projects and mentorship, and is a monthly cohorted program. Students that successfully complete the program are eligible to receive a credential. A cohorted program has defined start and end dates. When you enroll in the DMND Program you obtain an enrollment date for the first available cohort available that month. If you want to enroll in a future term, a new cohort will begin in the ensuing month. The Cohort term for DMND Program is three (3) months, however you will have access to the Digital Marketing Program for an additional three (3) months following your cohort term end. Although we encourage students enrolled in the DMND to keep pace with their cohorted peers in order to graduate the program within three months, you can elect to complete the program within the six month term.
Digital Marketing Self-Study Program
Unlike certain other Udacity Nanodegree Programs, the DMSS Program does not maintain monthly fee pricing, but is instead structured as flat fee for enrollment providing you with six (6) months of access to the DMSS content. Once you have enrolled and paid for the DMSS Program there is no ability to unenroll or to request a refund of fee.
The DMSS is designed for self-study, accordingly, as a DMSS enrolled student you will not have access to the additional features included in the Digital Marketing NanoDegree Program ("DMND"), such as projects, project feedback, forums and mentorship or other student or career services. There is no credential available for enrollment in the DMSS Program.
