Once the job search and interview process is over, and you have a job offer, you will be faced with the next phase of the job search: negotiating your salary/financial package. In this webinar, we will look at understanding your financial worth in the context of salary negotiations and how to approach this to achieve the best outcome.

Through this webinar, we will consider the potential impact of COVID-19 on job offers and then look at how you can create your own negotiation strategy, and will share ools on how to calculate your financial worth.

About the Presenter

Jacqueline Lawrence is a Business Strategy and Development Coach who works with individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses, helping them to progress towards achieving their goals and aspirations in their business and personal lives. As part of her development coaching, she provides career coaching to individuals looking to transition to a different role, change profession, step-up a level, or who may simply want to explore the possibility of a career change. Her coaching style is tailored to her clients and connecting with them in a way which helps them create change and move towards reaching their best potential.

Prior to becoming a coach, Jackie worked for over 15 years in the corporate, banking and financial services sector as a legal advisor, supporting and advising individuals from junior level through to senior management.

Jackie is based in the United Kingdom. In her spare time she enjoys travelling and does Korean Yoga which is a combination of yoga, Tai-Chi and Qi Gong.
