This Nanodegree was designed with Google to help students without any experience in programming learn the basics of mobile development. Begin by building a single-screen Android app for a small business, and move on to creating an app that keeps track of the score in a live game. Learn how to create an attractive and easy-to-use user interface, and then experiment with various display methods. Put together a literary application that connects to Google Books API and build a news display app to find and present news articles on a topic of your choice. This course gives you the information and skills you need to pursue further Android development education or search for an entry-level development position.
