This Nanodegree is best for students who have at least three months' prior knowledge of object oriented programming, or students who have already completed the Beginning iOS Nanodegree. This course takes your iOS programming knowledge further to fine-tune your mobile app design skills and create apps that are more sophisticated. The patterns, codes, and user issues you learn in this course are crucial to pursuing a career as an iOS developer.
Work with the XCode platform and Swift programming language to create functional apps, connect your programs to a network, and utilize a large amount of network data. This course features five learning modules in which you create a set of apps that use audio, maps, Core Data images, photos, and social media sharing. At the culmination of the course you can have a new portfolio of iOS app examples to show potential employers or sell via the App Store.
