This Nanodegree teaches you the basic coding languages and techniques to build computer software, mobile apps, and perform data analysis. What is programming, you may still be wondering? Computer programming is the science of using coded languages to create software, or instructional packages, for computer devices. In this program, you learn common coding such as HTML, CSS, and Python and use basic commands in each to create programs and content for computers, web pages, and mobile devices.
Study programming and learn how to create an app as you work your way through the five course projects. Use HTML to put together website pages and learn Object Oriented Programming to get started with mobile app coding procedures. The various components of this intro to programming represent the core career roles within the programming industry: front-end development, back-end development, mobile development, and data analysis. Discover which you prefer, and then create a final course project to match.
